Prenatal Training

As a Pre/postnatal Coach and a mother myself, I will help you continue working out in a safe way throughout your pregnancy. Exercise in Pregnancy can be confusing and challenging. Having a coach will help you train at the correct intensity with the confidence that the exercise prescription will be evidence based.

If you worked out before your pregnancy I will help you continue training, while taking into account the changes your body is going through.

If you are looking to start exercising for the first time, I will help you work at the best level for you to get you strong and fit for the pregnancy and after. Movement and exercise can be a great tool in keeping aches and pains away and getting you birth and baby ready.

Postnatal Training

The changes to a women’s body after pregnancy are huge!

We have to contend with Diastasis Recti, Pelvic floor function, Postural changes, Weight gain, Lack of sleep, Lack of time, New aches and pains….. the list goes on.

This is where I come in, I can coach you safely back to your normal, to build a strong core & pelvic floor and strength through the whole body. Helping you with any DR, Pelvic floor or postural changes, while working within your limits of energy and time.

Utilising a PT in the postnatal period is the best way to motivate you back to exercise and ensure that you are building up to strength and endurance in the best way.

Having my own babies 20 months apart made me understand the strain pregnancy and postpartum can put on your body. But I also understand the desire to get back to your old ways.

I want to show you how amazing your body is, I want to help you get to a stronger, happier version of yourself.

I want to show you how it can be a way to make time for yourself (Physically and Mentally) and feel happy in your body.

Being postpartum is forever, it doesn’t matter if you are early postpartum or had your baby years ago, the same principles apply to strengthening the core and pelvic floor, which weakens again with age. Getting the foundations correct will allow you to lead a fully active life for year to come.

I want to share the knowledge I have gained through my experience and helping lots of women over the years.

Video Resources- I provide follow along workout videos to help you do short and effective workouts at home.

For my existing clients and new, I have created some follow along Pre/postnatal videos to help you train at home in your own time. These can be used stand alone or a great addition to your PT sessions or other workouts.
