Pelvic floor & Core Restore

Short videos to follow among at home. Use these videos in consecutive order to build up foundational strength through your Core and Pelvic floor. These can be started early on after birth (6 weeks) They are gentle on the body, and require controlled movements using the breath.

Aim to the best results aim to repeat each video 4- 5 times a week before moving onto the next week. These are short 7-10 mins each.
