Working with you as an individual, I help you work towards your specific goals, providing motivation, discipline and structure in your sessions. Plus giving you access to workout videos you can do at home to continue your progress.

I endeavour to teach clients how to enjoy exercise, so it becomes a self driven life long habit ensuring you are able to maintain your results long term.

My studio in Stanmore has all the equipment needed for Strength and Conditioning from Dumbbells, Squat rack and Bar, Kettle bells and TRX, Pilates small equipment, Reformer (coming soon), Bike, battle ropes, a Boxing bag and more.

Offering 45 or 60 minute sessions as

  1.  Individual

  2. Couples/2-1

  3. Small group PT

Options include training in the Studio or over Zoom.

Why train with Nisha?

I specialise in women’s health, specialising in Pre/Postnatal fitness. Having personal experience, I know mums need a little extra help at this point in their lives to get to the strongest version of them selves.

I truly believe movement and exercise is a gift and it can do wonders for your health and improve your mental well being.

Everyone has their individual journey and goals- I provide flexible services to enable you to have access to expertise helping you with your individual needs.

Having experience with Personal training, Pilates, Pre/Postnatal clients and holding an advance kettlebell and TRX training certificate, I bring new and fun techniques to every session, while staying structured and building on the prior sessions. I add boxing to keep sessions fun and challenging but also work on the basic movement patterns to help your body move easily in everyday life.
