Using progression, I have created lots of workout videos to help you build strength and endurance. I take into account core and pelvic floor in all videos even as they get harder. Find a phase that suits your ability and give the sessions ago at home or the gym.
Phase 3
Equipment required: Short loop band, Kettlebell or DB’s, Bench/chair
