Pelvic Floor and Core Restore:
This is for women looking to start off slow and/or looking to heal a DR or Pelvic Floor. These videos can be used after 6 weeks post birth (Please get GP approval first) however they are very gentle, aiming to build strength through the pelvic floor and help to heal the stretched core and tummy muscles. This plan will help you heal Diastatis recti and pelvic floor dystfuction. For best results you do need to perform each video 4- 5 times a week. There are 6 videos so it should take 6 week to complete the plan. Short videos 7-10 mins.
